Tariff Discretionary Actions There have been no tariff discretionary actions taken by Honeoye Storage Corporation. All storage service has been and is being rendered in accordance with existing HSC tariffs 1 & 1A. A written log is being maintained to record any discretionary actions. If any such action is taken it will be implemented in a non-discretionary manner, posted on the web site within 24 hours and reported to the FERC pursuant with section 358.5c4 of the FERC regulations.
