Part 157 Storage Services

Honeoye Storage Corporation (HSC) is authorized to render 4,292.4 MDth of Part 157 storage capacity and 35,780 Dth of deliverability to 5 existing customers. There is no available Part 157 Storage Service. If the contract of any HSC's existing Part 157 customers is terminated that storage service will be converted to Part 284 storage service. This service is not eligible for in-field transfer of gas-in-storage.

Part 284 Storage Services

Honeoye Storage Corporation is authorized to offer up to 2,426 MDth of Part 284 storage capacity and 20,100 Dth of deliverability. It can be provided to customers under the rate schedules listed below on a firm and interruptible basis. To become a customer under any of the following Rate Schedules offered by Honeoye Storage Corporation, complete and submit the Service Request Form. Services: FSS (Firm Storage Service) ISS (Interruptible Storage Service)

Part 284 Firm Storage Service (FSS) Unbundled, open access storage is available to all qualified customers on a firm basis. Customized injection and withdrawal cycles are available. Injection/Withdrawal Rates and Reservation Rates are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Capacity may be released to qualified bidders on a prearranged basis or by posting for bidding. A 1% Fuel use charge is assessed on injection and on withdrawal. This service is eligible for in-field transfer of gas-in-storage and only with other Part 284 FSS customers and in accordance with part 15 of Honeoye Storage Corporation's Original Volume No. 1A gas tariff. Tariff for Firm Storage Services (FSS) Part 284 Interruptible Storage Service (ISS) - Long Term This unbundled open access storage service is performed on an interruptible basis when and where capacity is available. This is ideal for market hedging during periods in which excess storage is available (inject lower priced gas, withdraw as prices increase). A 1% Fuel use charge is assessed on injection and on withdrawal. Injection Rate, Withdrawl Rate and Inventory Rate are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. This service is eligible for transfers of gas-in-storage only with other Part 284 ISS customers and in accordance with part 15 of Honeoye Storage Corporation's Original Volume No. 1A gas tariff.
