Honeoye Storage Corporation is pleased to announce the availability of 210,000 Dth of firm storage service at market-based rates under its Section 284 Firm Storage Service (FSS) Tariff. This firm storage capacity is being offered with specific storage capacities and injection / withdrawal limitations.

Requests for service may be for all or part of this available capacity. Storage services is available for injection commencing on August 6, 2004 at Honeoye's interconnection with Tennessee Gas Pipeline in Ontario County, NY.

Honeoye Storage Corporation invites offers for this FSS capacity until 5:00 p.m. (Eastern
Standard Time) on August 6, 2004.
Contract Term
Offers are to be made for service beginning August 6, 2004 and ending November 30, 2004.

| This service is offered on the basis that all storage gas will be withdrawn on a firm basis by November 30, 2004. Any storage gas remaining in place after that date will be withdrawn on a "best efforts" withdrawal service only. All storage gas must be withdrawn by March 31st, 2005. | ||
Fuel and Loss Allowance
A total surface operating allowance of 1.0% shall be retained during injection and withdrawal (1.0% on injection and 1.0% on withdrawal).
Tariff and Minimum Quantities
Potential customers must contract for this Part 284 firm service under terms of Honeoye's Original Volume No. 1a FERC Gas Tariff. Nominations should be made for at least 25,000 Dths of Maximum Quantity Stored. Honeoye will provide all necessary cushion gas.
Minimum Overrun Injection/Withdrawal Rate
The minimum acceptable rate for Overrun Injection and/or Overrun Withdrawal is $0.03 per Dth.
Daily Nominations
Potential customers will be able to withdraw during injection periods and inject during withdrawal periods, but daily nominations will be subject to the operating capability of the Honeoye facility.
Intra-Day Nominations
Potential customers will be permitted to make retroactive intra-day nominations provided Tennessee Gas Pipeline allows such retroactive intra-day nominations or OFO Balancing Agreement is not in effect.
Transportation Arrangements
A customer must make arrangements for gas transportation to and from Honeoye's existing interconnection with Tennessee Gas Pipeline in Ontario County, New York.
Submitting a Formal Bid for Firm Service
A formal bid for the Part 284 service may be made by completing in writing and returning the Storage Service Request Form, to be found herein, together with the supplemental documents and payments specified on that form. Offers should be made according to the procedures outlined in Section 2, General Terms and Conditions of the Tariff. Upon acceptance of an offer, a bidder must execute a Storage Service Agreement in a timely manner.
