Honeoye Invites Offers for Interruptible Gas Storage Service for the 2008 Season

Boston, MA: Honeoye Storage Corporation ("Honeoye") president, Dr. David A. T. Donohue, announced today that Honeoye is inviting offers for Interruptible Gas Storage Service (ISS) from its storage facility in Ontario County, NY for the current storage season. This storage service is being offered at market based rates and interested parties should submit offers during the period beginning on March 31, 2008 11:00 AM CCT, and extending through 12:00 PM CCT on April 1, 2008; for ISS service beginning on April 1, 2008 9:00 PM CCT, and ending on October 1, 2008 8:59 AM CCT. Offers are due to be submitted by 12:00 PM CCT on April 1, 2008.
"Up to 250 MDth of interruptible service is available for a contract term ending October 1, 2008 8:59 AM CCT." said Donohue. "Injections may begin on April 1, 2008 9:00 PM CCT. The service will have a maximum daily injection rate of 10,000 Dth/d from April 1, 2008 to October 1, 2008 8:59 AM CCT."

Donohue, announced today that Honeoye is inviting offers for firm gas storage service from its storage facility in Ontario County, NY for up to a five year term for storage seasons beginning April 1, 2007. This storage service is being offered at market based rates. Interested parties should submit offers to Honeoye no later than April 22, 2007as specified on our Web Site (www.honeoyestorage.com).

"Up to 1,170 MDth of firm service is available beginning April 1, 2007." said Donohue. Honeoye will accept proposals for a contract term of up to five years. The service will have a maximum daily injection quantity ("MDIQ") of 7,000 Dth/d from April 1 to October 31 of each contract year. During each contract year the service will have a maximum daily withdrawal quantity ("MDWQ") as follows: November 1 through November 30 - 5,000 Dth/d, December 1 through January 31 - 10,000 Dth/d, February 1 through February 28 - 9,000 Dth/d and March 1 through March 31 - 5,000 Dth/d. Honeoye Announces Open Season for Market-Based Storage Service

Boston, MA: Honeoye Storage Corporation ("Honeoye") announced today that it will hold an open season, beginning in late June, for gas storage service from its facility in Ontario County, NY. David Donohue, President of Honeoye, made the announcement today shortly after learning that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission had approved Honeoye's application to expand the capacity of the field. A portion of the current and all of the expanded capacity will be offered to interested parties at market based rates.

"This $3 million expansion, to take place over a two year period, will allow Honeoye to offer an additional 1,000 MDth of firm service during the 2000-2001 season," said Donohue. "Injections will begin as early as August, and the new service will have a maximum daily withdrawal rate of 12,500 Dth. Honeoye will provide all required cushion gas and any capacity not taken in the open season will be offered on an interruptible basis."
