Honeoye will respond initially within 48 hours, or two Business Days, whichever is later from the day of receipt of a complaint, and in writing within 30 days to such complaints advising Customer or potential Customer of the disposition of the complaint. Any person dissatisfied with the response received from the Vice President, Operations, should resubmit the complaint, in writing, to:
